Alienation

·         Alienation is a owner's name exchange process of certain property to property that is new after happening jualbeli matter or due to heirloom inheritance. According to Section 160 Local Government Act 1976 ( Act 171):

·         When something proportional principal in something local authority area sold or moved owned by so is seller duty or transferor owned by and buyers or transfer receiver within three after-sales months or alienation the give notice period on him to local authorities in Borang 1 in Pertama Jadual to Act.

·         When owner certain proportional principal in something dead local authority area, so is people's responsibility which become the owner through heritage or others give notice on him to local authorities in one -year period after the death in J Borang in Pertama Jadual to Act
